Anonymous patient survey: 92% excellent

The independent company MQC (Medical Quality Control) based in Baar specialises in patient questionnaires and quality controls in the medical field. It gives our patients the opportunity to make an anonymous client evaluation.

If our patients agree, they will be contacted by MQC several months after their nose operation and asked to fill in a comprehensive questionnaire about their level of satisfaction.

Since 2008, we have been checking the quality of our work and patient/client satisfaction in this manner. Overall, we perform around 200 procedures every year – from smaller procedures under local anaesthesia through to operations lasting several hours under general anaesthesia.

We are particularly proud of the results in the area of client satisfaction regarding operations. 92% of all the participants assessed our performance as "excellent to extremely good".
